10-10-2013 - Gesture recognition software functions to interpret via mathematical algorithms human gestures originating from bodily motion, such as face or hand gestures, enabling humans to communicate with machines without the need for conventional input or user devices, such as mouse, keyboards or touch-screens. On 01-01-2019, this 10-10-2013 entry was changed by inserting the term "downloadable" in compliance with Nice 11-2019. Under Nice 11-2019, computer software must be specified as "downloadable" and/or "recorded" to clarify the nature of the goods. The term "downloadable" has been inserted in this case because it is the most common format for these goods.
