On 05-22-2014, the 06-12-2008 entry "Infra-red thermometers" was amended to add "not for medical purposes" to clarify the nature of the goods. Infrared thermometers, not for medical purposes are classified in Class 9. Infrared thermometers for medical purposes are classified in Class 10.
