On 12-06-2012, this 03-17-2011 entry "Carrying cases for electronic equipment, namely, {specify type of electronic equipment, e.g., printers, computers, cell phones, etc.}" was amended to make explicit the rationale for classification in Class 9. As previously written, the ID could be interpreted as including cases for gaming devices in Class 28 under the 10th Edition, as all game apparatus are in Class 28 because "games and playthings" are in the Class Heading. 01-01-2016: On 01-01-2016, this 12-06-2012 entry was modified to add "document" in order to clarify the nature of the goods and the justification for classifying the goods in Class 9. Carrying cases specially adapted for printing machines are classified in Class 7.
