On 01-01-2016, this 09-01-1995 entry was modified from "Computer joysticks" to the current entry in compliance with the Nice Classification, Tenth edition, version 2016, effective 01-01-2016, and in order to clarify the nature of the goods. Computer joystick peripherals perform a variety of functions in connection with a computer. Joysticks that are used specifically for playing video or computer games are classified in Class 28 because "games and playthings" appears in the Class 28 Class Heading.
