On 1-1-2012, this Class 9 electric or electrothermic apparatus entry of 11-8-2007 was transferred to Class 7 (as machines), pursuant to the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement. On 8-2-2012, "automatic vending machines and mechanisms for coin-operated apparatus sold as a unit" has been amended to include the language "sold as a unit" to make clear that the "mechanisms for coin-operated apparatus" are part of, or sold with the vending machine because the stand-alone "mechanisms for coin-operated apparatus" is in Class 9.
