On 10-11-12, this 08-01-2004 entry was modified by inserting "binding" to make clear the nature and purpose of the goods and by transferring it from Class 28 to Class 4. The goods were transferred because the lubricants are for use on the wakeboard bindings for lubrication purposes, and "lubricants" is in the Class 4 Heading. The goods are distinguishable from Ski wax in Class 28 because the lubricants are not for use on the surface of the wakeboards to improve the performance of the sporting articles. 10-12-2017 - Ski wax was transferred from Class 28 to Class 4, effective 01-01-2017, under Nice 11-2017.
