On 01-17-2013, the 06-25-2009 entry was transferred from Class 40 to Class 45 because "Crematorium services" is in the Nice Alphabetical List in Class 45. The French version of the Alphabetical List entry, services de cremation, has the same meaning in French as the word cremation in English.
