However, the application and evidence of record must show use of the mark in connection with general purpose facilities and not in connection with specialized facilities/facilities intended for a particular purpose. Provision of specialized facilities/facilities for a particular purpose are classified according to the intended purpose, e.g., providing facilities for business meetings in Class 35; providing sports facilities in Class 41.
