On 06-20-2013, the 10-04-2007 entry was modified by deleting "[not for use as a meal replacement]" because this wording, which was relevant for classification purposes under the Ninth Edition of the Nice Classification system, is no longer relevant, and it caused confusion. Under the Ninth Edition, all meal replacement food and drink were classified in Class 5. Under the Tenth Edition, however, meal replacements adapted for medical purposes are in Class 5, while meal replacements not for medical purposes are classified in Classes 29-32 based on their composition.
