Coffee services in the nature of tableware 021-1505

01-01-2007 - This refers to the items used to serve coffee - the pot, cream pitchers and sugar bowls. On 01-01-2012, this entry of 01-01-2007 was revised to add the term "[tableware]" pursuant to the 10th Edition of the Nice Agreement to clarify the nature of the goods and to avoid confusion with services in Class 43. On 01-01-2017, this 01-01-2012 entry was amended from "Coffee services [tableware]" to "Coffee services in the nature of tableware" to incorporate the wording within the brackets to further clarity the nature of the goods.
