On 10-25-2012, this note was added to this 01-17-08 entry to make clear that these 'candy boxes' entries were corollaries to the Nice Alphabetical List entry for 'Boxes for sweetmeats' in Class 21. For the US consumer, these 'candy boxes' are comparable to household containers such as lidded candy dishes or similar dishware, justifying classification in Class 21. 01-01-2020: the Nice Alphabetical List entry "boxes for sweetmeats" no longer appears in the Nice Alphabetical List. It changed to "boxes for sweets" in Class 21.
