1/29/09 - "electric" was added to the 4/2/91 entry to clarify that autoclaves with self-contained heat sources are in Class 11 while non-electric or autoclaves without an integrated heat source are in Class 21 by analogy with non-electric pressure cookers. On 01-01-2017, this 01-29-2009 entry was amended from "Electric autoclaves" to "Electric autoclaves for cooking" in compliance with Nice 11-2017.
