On 06-23-2016, this 07-20-2004 entry was amended from "Stick pomade" to "Hair stick pomades" to indicate the cosmetic use of the stick pomades. The Nice Classification requires that descriptions of pomades indicate whether the goods are for cosmetic or medical use. The term "Stick pomade," by itself, is no longer acceptable.
