Bolivia
Intellectual property matters in Bolivia are administered by the National Intellectual Property Service (Servicio Nacional de Propiedad Intelectual, SENAPI), which operates under the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy (Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo y Economía Plural, MDPEP).
Bolivia is a member of the Andean Community (CAN), and its IP regime is implemented under Andean Community Decision 486 (Common Regime on Industrial Property), which is largely harmonised with the systems in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador.
